At Pet Sanctuary, we understand that every pet is unique. Whether your companion requires extra attention, a specialised feeding routine, medication, or simply a friendly face during your absence, we are committed to providing reliable, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.
Our Pet Sitters are happy to carry out a range of light household tasks during their visits, including collecting post, watering plants, opening or closing curtains and blinds, and leaving lights on to help maintain the appearance of an occupied home and enhance security while you are away.
To ensure your pet receives the highest standard of care, we kindly ask that any cleaning supplies, litter scoops, litter bags, disinfectant sprays, wipes, or other essential pet-care items are left in a clearly visible and easily accessible location for your Pet Sitter.
Please note that our Pet Sitters are not professional cleaners. Their responsibilities are limited to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of your pet's immediate living area, including litter trays, feeding areas, cages, and other pet-related spaces.
Should your pet require medication, specialist care, or additional support, we will do our best to accommodate their individual needs. Please advise us in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made. Additional charges may apply depending on the level of care required.
