One of the greatest rewards of our work is seeing pets excitedly return for their stays, greeting us with wagging tails, happy paws, and familiar faces. Equally heartwarming are the affectionate welcomes we receive from our feline guests during home visits and key collections.
Our team consists of dedicated pet carers, many of whom have extensive experience working with animals as animal care assistants, long-term pet owners, or trusted members of the Pet Sanctuary family. Each member of our team shares a genuine passion for animal welfare and is committed to providing the highest level of care.
Many of our dog sitters live in homes with secure outdoor gardens and are conveniently located close to some of London's most popular parks and green spaces, ensuring dogs enjoy both comfort and plenty of exercise during their stay.
Our cat boarding service offers a calm, home-from-home alternative to traditional catteries. Cats stay in a relaxed family environment where they can enjoy freedom, comfort, affection, and individual attention, rather than spending their time confined to cages.
In addition to boarding and pet sitting services, we offer pet collection and drop-off, veterinary visits, groomer visits ,emergency and last-minute bookings, and a range of flexible services designed to support both pets and their owners.
