Our Doggy Day Care service provides a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for dogs whose owners are at work, attending appointments, or simply require additional support during the day.
At Pet Sanctuary, we understand that dogs thrive on companionship, exercise, mental enrichment, and routine. Our experienced carers ensure that every dog receives individual attention, regular exercise, supervised play, and plenty of affection throughout the day.
Whether you have an energetic puppy requiring stimulation or an older dog who enjoys a more relaxed pace, we carefully tailor our care to suit your pet's age, personality, and individual needs.
Finding the Perfect Home-from-Home Environment
We take great care in matching every pet with the most suitable Pet Sitter from our trusted network of experienced carers.
Before any booking is confirmed, we arrange an introductory meeting between you and your chosen Pet Sitter. This provides an opportunity to discuss your pet's routine, feeding requirements, medication, exercise needs, behavioural traits, and any special care requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to discuss whether your pet is comfortable socialising with other animals and to view the environment where they will be cared for.
Only once you are completely satisfied with the arrangements will the booking proceed. Our goal is to ensure both you and your pet feel comfortable, confident, and reassured from the very beginning.
All our Pet Sitters are DBS checked, fully insured, experienced, reliable, and licensed where required. Each member of our team is carefully selected for their professionalism, commitment to animal welfare, and genuine love of pets.
To ensure every dog receives the highest standard of care, attention, and supervision, we walk a maximum of four dogs at any one time, allowing us to provide a safe, enjoyable, and personalised experience for every dog in our care.

Important Information :
Vaccinations and Preventative Healthcare
The health, safety, and wellbeing of all pets in our care is of paramount importance. As a condition of using our services, all vaccinations and preventative healthcare treatments listed on our Registration Form must be kept fully up to date.
This includes, where applicable, the Kennel Cough vaccination, regular flea treatments, and routine worming treatments. Clients may be asked to provide evidence that these requirements have been met prior to the commencement of services.
As Kennel Cough is highly contagious, we are unable to accept any dog displaying symptoms of the condition or any dog whose required vaccinations are not current.

Behaviour and Suitability
To ensure the safety of our staff, other pets, and members of the public, clients must disclose any behavioural concerns, including aggression towards people or animals.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets with a history of serious aggression, persistent escape behaviour, severe resource guarding, or any other behavioural issues that may compromise safety.
Should a Pet Sitter identify any undisclosed behavioural concerns that place people, animals, or property at risk, Pet Sanctuary reserves the right to suspend or terminate services with immediate effect.
Key Collection and Return
A key collection and/or return fee of £10.00 applies, where applicable, to all of our services.
